At Framo Morat, Inc. we are looking for a motivated
Your Tasks
- Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system SAP, verify order details, issue order confirmations and maintain accurate order status information
- Create purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and headquarters in Germany and ensure timely product availability
- Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate shipments, provide tracking information and generate invoices and packing slips
- Manage the RMA process, prepare repair quotations, create credit notes and maintain accurate return and repair records
- Monitor customer payments, follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with accounting to resolve payment discrepancies
Your Profile
- Associate degree in business administration, accounting, supply chain management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, inside sales, logistics, accounting support, or a comparable business operations role
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or B2B environment
- Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP/business systems) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with international suppliers and / or headquarters located in Germany
