We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our international team at our Izmir offices.
Your Tasks
- Support product engineering activities across international teams (Türkiye and Germany)
- Assist in the conceptual design and development of new mechanical products
- Perform basic engineering calculations to support design validation and feasibility assessments
- Create and modify 3D CAD models of components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring compliance with form, fit, and functional requirements
- Develop detailed technical drawings and documentation for production and manufacturing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including: Product Engineering, Technology Department, Industrial Engineering, Sales, Procurement
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements, updates, and best practices in design software and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and design process
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with dimensional and geometrical tolerancing (ISO GPS System) and in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA). Knowledge on Autodesk Inventor Software is desirable.
- Experience in SAP is desirable.
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings in accordance with industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills. German is an advantage
- B Class Driver License/Military service completed
