We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Financial and Administrative Manager who will grow with us and actively shape the future of F. Morat México.

Your Tasks

Position Summary

  • Ensure daily operations support the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and update financial and administrative procedures.
  • Lead annual budget planning, sales forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Monitor KPIs, evaluate results, and recommend improvement measures.
  • Prepare profitability analyses and implement cost‑optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure proper cash flow, manage financial risks, and implement preventive controls.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee treasury, accounting, tax, and financial operations in line with national and international regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, administration or similar fields.
  • Solid knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Strong command of MS Office and experience working with SAP.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Demonstrates business‑oriented thinking and decision‑making.
  • High resilience, strong team spirit, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills. German is an advantage
